Dr. Michael Quasney (Dr. Q) has been helping people for over 10 years. Initially he worked in social services, specifically in therapeutic foster care, guiding foster children and teaching foster parents. After realizing a passion for movement, he became a personal trainer and quickly found that his patients were using his services to heal. An easy progression brought him to University of Western States, graduating in 2015 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He is now able to combine all aspects of healthcare into a singular focus while bringing empathy and community back to healthcare. Dr. Q has received multiple certifications around fitness including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, multiple kettlebell certifications, CrossFit Level I instructor, TRX Instructor, 8 hours of personal training at Gym Jones, and is a Rocktape FMT I and II Practitioner. He loves grip strength training, handstands, squats, and barefoot running (yes really barefoot and yes even in the city and no he has never had any problems) and trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training at Gracie Barra Portland.
